Application
Tailored for industrial use, the SABIX® R flex C series ensures long-lasting performance in railway control systems. This shielded, continuous flex, low smoke halogen-free (LSHF) connection cable features black numbered conductors, rated for 500 V and up to +90°C. Its SABIX® Ultra jacket provides superior durability and resistance in harsh environments, making it suitable for demanding rail applications. Certified to EN 45545-2, UN/ECE R118, CE, and RoHS, the R flex C meets stringent international safety and performance standards. Designed for light to medium mechanical stress, it is ideal for interior door control systems, protected outdoor routing in tubes, and inter-wagon connections. The overall shield enhances EMC performance, ensuring reliable and interference-free operation in critical railway environments.
