Application

The SAB RailLine 560 C TP series offers a flexible and robust solution for demanding railway environments. This shielded, continuous flex, low smoke halogen-free (LSHF) cross-linked SABIX® control cable features black numbered twisted pairs with an overall tinned copper shield, rated for 1000 V and up to +90°C. Its SABIX® X jacket provides outstanding durability and resistance to oil, fuel, weather, and mechanical stress, ensuring dependable long-term use outdoors. Certified to EN 45545-2, CE, and RoHS, the RailLine 560 C TP meets stringent fire safety and quality standards. With oil and fuel resistance per EN 50264-1, it delivers maximum flame protection, non-toxic performance, and enhanced EMC shielding for interference-free operation. Suitable for flexible and outdoor installations in rail cars, machinery, and inter-wagon connections, this paired cable ensures safe, reliable, and efficient connectivity under continuous flex conditions.
