Application
The SABclean CATLine CAT 5e S series delivers reliable connectivity for cleanroom automation and machinery. This continuous flex, flame-retardant, and self-extinguishing TPE CAT 5e Ethernet cable with colored twisted pairs is designed for cleanroom applications in accordance with ISO 14644-1. Rated for 300 V and up to 80°C, it features a robust TPE jacket that ensures durability in harsh and sensitive environments. Certified to UR AWM 20549, CE, and RoHS standards, the CATLine 5e S series meets key international requirements. It offers oil resistance per UL 758 and combines excellent fire performance with safety features such as compliance with IEC 60332-1-2, VDE 0482-332-1-2, and UL FT2 horizontal flame testing. With a small bending radius of 10 × O.D. (flexible) and 15 × O.D. (continuous flex), this highly flexible cable is engineered for cable track and cleanroom installations, ensuring dependable performance in demanding conditions.
