Application
Designed with versatility in mind, the CATLine CAT 6A R series delivers reliable performance for railway control and automation systems. These low smoke halogen-free (LSHF) SABIX® CAT 6A Ethernet cables feature colored star quad stranded conductors or twisted pairs, designed in accordance with EN 45545-2 railway standards. Rated for 90 V and up to 70°C, they incorporate a special SABIX® jacket for exceptional durability and resistance in harsh conditions. Certified to EN 45545-2, UN/ECE R118, CE, and RoHS, the CATLine 6A R Railway series meets stringent international fire protection and safety requirements. Complying with fire protection class R15 (EL1A) per DIN EN 45545-2 for Hazard Levels 1–3, these cables provide dependable connectivity and safety in rail applications. Engineered for CAT 6A control systems in trains and railway infrastructure, they combine excellent EMC performance with outstanding fire resistance, ensuring safe and efficient data transmission in critical environments
