With proven quality, the A 19-022 L series provides consistent performance in industrial control systems. This round FEP thermocouple cable features FEP insulation, two fine stranded conductors laid together, and an overall tinned copper braiding for dependable shielding against electrical interference. With a conductor cross-section of 0.22 mm² and heat resistance up to 180°C, it is tailored to deliver both precision and durability in demanding environments. The A 19-022 L is constructed with a robust FEP jacket, which offers excellent resistance to chemicals, oils, solvents, and high mechanical stress, while remaining flexible even under elevated temperatures. The tinned copper braid shield not only enhances mechanical strength but also ensures superior EMC protection, maintaining accuracy in sensitive thermocouple measurements. Engineered with safety in mind, this cable meets RoHS compliance and is halogen-free, ensuring no release of toxic gases during fire. In addition, it has been tested to IEC 60332 + EN 60332 Cat. C/D, guaranteeing no flame propagation, making it suitable for installations where fire safety and reliability are critical. The A 19-022 L series is available as both a thermocouple extension cable and a compensating cable, compatible with a wide range of thermocouple types including K, J, T, N, R/S, and more.
